Designed to help students stay on track and assist with a deeper understanding of course materials, this additional coaching worth £100 will be offered free of charge alongside the purchase of a qualifying course. Tutors will offer a bonus of 2 hours of private live coaching to individual students taking specific courses, please look for the course coaching plus icon when booking an online course. If a student decides to take a course in two split levels then course coaching plus bonus hours will be split across each level with one hour allocated per level. This bonus offer is optional, should a student wish to use it and has no transferable cash value.

A student must be working on a qualifying course to use the course coaching plus bonus offer and a tutor will contact a student directly during their course to organise live coaching at a mutually convenient time via Skype or Zoom.

Tutors offer private coaching lessons for individual students who need to shape their mindset with regards to their personal success within the industry. Focusing on skill sets, state of mind and techniques to improve confidence, tutors will set tailored exercises for students between lessons. A minimum of 2 lessons will need to be booked for tutors to assist and monitor a student client with this type of coaching.

How does it work ?

Terms of service
All of our coaching lessons are delivered online, either by Skype or Zoom.
Lessons are arranged by our tutors with their students at a mutually convenient time, once they have completed a booking form.
A student will have the opportunity during the booking process to inform their tutor about their preferences, expectations and experience, so that a tutor can prepare beneficial teaching resources.
Bookings must be taken within a 6 month period ( Success Coaching & Private Acting Coaching ) whereas course coaching plus lessons ( bonus hours and additional hours ) must be taken alongside a qualifying course.
To ensure commitment lessons are paid for in advance via PayPal or BACS internet banking prior to any session commencing. BACS invoices can be requested during the booking process and can take 48 hours to issue.
Course coaching plus additional hours ( additional to bonus hours ) can only be taken alongside a qualifying course and must be booked within one month of the start/access date of a course, neither course coaching plus bonus hours or course coaching plus additional hours can be taken retrospectively, as they are specifically designed to work in harmony with course materials.
Private lessons and coaching are taken at a tutor’s discretion. If a pre-payment has been made and a tutor decides that this method of teaching is not suitable for the student, then a refund will be organised.
Lessons are undertaken in the strictest of confidence on a one to one individual basis for the following types of coaching :

Lessons must not be recorded or uploaded or shared by a third party under any circumstances. A tutor will respect a student’s privacy and keep all aspects of coaching sessions strictly confidential and expect a student to do the same. Lesson files, scripts, worksheets and audio recordings are also protected by copyright.

Tutors will build an additional free 15 minutes into any initial lesson with a new student, so that both parties have time to properly introduce themselves, get orientated and discuss goals, so that valuable teaching time is not wasted.
Young actors must have parental permission to take lessons. Currently tutors will only accept young people from the age of 16.
Bookings are non-transferable, nor is there any cash in value.
Vouchers for bookings can be pre-paid and purchased as a gift. If you already have a pre-paid voucher code you can enter this into the booking form as proof of payment. Please contact us at info@actorsedgeonline.com if you wish to purchase a coaching gift voucher for a student.
A tutor will respect your privacy and keep all aspects of all types of coaching lessons strictly confidential.
Tutors will charge a full lesson fee where students repeatedly fail to meet agreed appointment times without reasonable or timely explanation. Tutors will charge a full lesson fee if a student cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Course coaching plus bonus hours are free of charge, however if a student fails to meet agreed appointment times, then no further alternative will be given, such bonus hours are non-transferable and have no cash in value.
Tutors do not offer refunds for lessons not taken.
Students who have received course coaching plus bonus hours as part of a qualifying course, do not need to book those hours by completing this booking process, a tutor will contact their student directly to arrange those hours once the course has started.
International students are welcome, with all coaching provided in English.
Mastermind Coaching is offered as a group coaching. Places are offered via invitation and application only. Places are renewed on an annual basis.

Credit instalment payment arrangements, such as those offered by PayPal, are binding agreements between the student and credit broker.

Tutors & Coaching
All of our tutors are highly experienced theatre professionals, actor/directors, trained to post-graduate level and holding higher degrees in their respective fields. Tutors also having a wealth of stage and filming experience from their own professional work. Tutors are all members of the actor's union Equity and are qualified to teach.
​
For consistency tutors will remain the same for all blocked booked coaching sessions and coaching course plus bonus and additional hours.
Payment Guidance

Credit and Instalment options may be offered by PayPal subject to status. The option to pay in full or to use PayPal buy now pay later instalment credit ( 4 months interest free credit ) will be offered subject to status, when you select PayPal checkout buttons in the coaching store below.
